I now have damaged products and out $35.00 dollars. PayPal claims it was delivered. I changed dispute to damaged. They denied my claim because it was delivered. Sent pictures. I have lost trust in PayPal.

Did you change the dispute from non receipt to not as described whilst the dispute was still open?

Yes, even have the email. Title is “item not as described”. The product is damaged. Sent pictures. PayPal closed with seller sent tracking information and it was delivered. I have proof that the dispute was changed.

CMH Network Technology from Facebook. Their tracking was misleading until PayPal contacted them. Item was received damaged. That same day I changed the dispute. But yet PayPal closed because it was delivered. I saw several disputes, later filed to PayPal about the same company.

They continue to lie. They reopened. Even apologized for their mistake and stated I would get the refund. Then closed the case in favor of seller and stated no credit. I have lost trust in PayPal. They support scams and fraudulent companies.
