I recently won an item on eBay and paid only to get a message that eBay canceled the sale. Now I can’t email the seller since the account was locked. eBay said since I paid to go talk to PayPal to get my money back. I logged into PayPal and selected unauthorized payment since I haven’t got any confirmation from the seller on the sell or shipment. PayPal closed the dispute without talking to me. Now they say to open a dispute but I can’t, when I try it takes me to the closed case. When I open messages it gives me messages unavailable at this time message. But when I select another item I can see messages. I don’t know what to do. I can’t contact PayPal since they or something is blocking messages for this transaction. Does anyone have another way of contact?
