PayPal claims they did not receive requested information on a claim but I sent it

I sent PayPal requested tracking info for a claim and they say I didn't. I have screenshot proving I did but they do not answer phones or communicate via message and now demand money. They took away a credit. The company I purchased from says PayPal interfered in the credit process twice because of the claim.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
