Please help! I did a trade 2 weeks ago for cloth diapers. I traded two of my diapers for 3 of the traders. She described one diaper as having staining, edge wear (little holes along leg elastics) and had a hole where the sewn in insert is. The other two were just described as having staining. I just got a chance to sit down and open my package with the diapers in it after a long exhausting few weeks and the two diapers that were described as only having staining have holes as well... Here is the issue, because it was a trade and the value was the same ($30) do I have the right to file a claim because the items I received weren’t as described even if it was an “even” trade?
