My Credit Card used by someone called Ranson or something, I reported this issue and after 2 months they raised an investigation request (KMM365323665V84027L0KM) but after a week I got this reply
But card is still with me and I provided them Credit Card statement as well, I think they don't even use common sense like Verifying Card Holder Name, Card Number, Statements etc.
I have recorded 2 videos 1 is holding that card in my own hands and 2nd one Logged in to my SBI Cards Dashboard to showing the statements. But still, they did like this. I am not able to open a chargeback because I got to know about these transactions after gettings recovery calls for the same and that time Chargeback period was over (60 days).
PayPal doesn't seem taking proper action against these frauds however for this concern I'll go to the court as well if required.
