Just wondering if I am supposed to answer emails from seller after I have lodged a claim?

Thanks for bringing this concern to us. Regards with your scenario here, I don't see any problem about you responding to the seller's email, yes PayPal is a medium between you and the seller's transaction and providing each parties with our protection is part of our service to you guys, but if you and the seller can come up to a much better agreement,then that will be great then. Just letting you know that we're here to help you out if everything goes south as long as you have a strong proof or documents that will backed up our investigation.
