Paid for item and never received it

Has anyone had an issue with paying for an item and never receiving the item? It’s been two months already. I already filed a dispute and still the Merchant has not responded to my initial complaint. I do have emails from this Merchant confirming my purchase and stating that they were shipping the order. Still, it’s been over two weeks since then.

Have you escalated the dispute to a claim?

That’s what I was wondering.. like how long must I wait between filing the dispute and rolling it over into a claim

You don't have to wait you can escalate  when you want but you HAVE to escalate before 20 days post opening the dispute or it will time out.
