Recently I made 2 purchases at Walmart both using PP One of which I canceled through Walmart.PP still is charging me for this canceled order bc when I opened a dispute they used both orders for one dispute.They will not communicate with me AT ALL. I have provided every order and cancelation number possible. They are not even reading many messages on th Resolution page from me. HELP
