Has anyone dealt with this company? I am having a hard time getting what I ordered six weeks ago or getting a refund.

Hi there, I’m also waiting for mine ordered on Boxing Day only mine was ordered from Sumoall.com but now I have seen the exact same I item I ordered from the company you seem to have ordered from. I got the Ouyiec from pay pal. I have messaged them but no reply and no product however I also contacted Sumoall and have had a reply saying it’s coming from China and to patient please. I have a gut feeling it’s not coming ! But the said they sent it but I’m not so sure. I’ll be claiming through PayPal if it’s not here soon Michelle

I bit on that chain saw ad too and also after several complaints I got that cheap cable saw. You can get a pair of those on Amazon

for $2.50. Anyway, I kept after them and they offered me a 30% refund and then a 70% refund and finally after about 3 months

they credited my Paypal for the total amount. It surprised me..and I got to keep the cheap cable saw.
