Not getting a refund from the seller, PayPal keeos denying my claim

Hi Guys,

I have paid for an item on eBay approx 2 months ago however I never received the item and lodged a dispute with PayPal asking for a refund.

PayPal automated service keeps denying my claim for a refund, citing that I did not provide a sufficient proof that I paid the seller. I have emailed them my banks statement and a screen shot of the PayPal payment (both clearly showing the payment)  however they still keep denying my claim and closing my disputes. Their answer is: "We reviewed the claim(s) you filed on 27 March 2020. Unfortunately, we had to deny your claim(s). This decision was made because we never received documentation that proves you are due a credit". Do you guys have any idea how to get my refund as this is going nowhere and there is no direct communication with PayPal but only those automated emails and answers. Thanks in advance.
