So Paypal says they guarantee your order will be correct and if not you can rest assured you will be refunded. NOT!! I ordered an item that was coming from China and after 3 months they sent me a piece of plastic crap that was no where near close to what I ordered. I ordered a 3D projector screen and they sent my some cheap plastic virtual reality glasses. I tried to clear it up with the seller and they said they would refund my money if I sent the item back to them. Well that would cost more than I already paid to send an item back to China. This was all paid with Paypal credit. I asked Paypal to step in and sent them pictures of what I received compared to what I ordered and they sided with the seller just because they had a tracking number. It did not matter to Paypal that it was not the item I ordered but just because they sent me "something" i have been a member of Paypal and Paypal credit for over 15 years and they are getting bad. So just to let you know Paypal always has the sellers back as long as the seller has a tracking number. Doesn't matter if they just send you a piece of paper in the mail instead of the Diamond ring you wanted because the seller has a tracking number and you received that piece of paper so all is fine. IGIRL is the site you do not need to order from for you will be **bleep** and Paypal will not help you in a dispute. So sad of you Paypal.

I had the same problem but, with perseverance I got a refund today. I bombarded the seller wth emails daily and included photos of the ad and the item that they sent to me. At first, I was sent a generic email telling me they would refund if I returned the item. This happened three times. Next, they offered 30%, then 50% and finally 70% refund. I refused and finally they have given in. Don’t give up!!
