How the hell do you get to have a decent communication network with paypal. I hav a buyers resolution issue going on, the seller has agreed to refund the money for the item but i have to return it, the cost of the shipping is $50, half th cost of th item, are they going to cover that. I have asked for a pickup but no one has responded. Not happy.
