No option to report potential fraud

So I have a charge on my account I don't recognise. A company called Slink.bid, I can't even work out what the company actually sells for me to have been even able to buy something from them.

In Paypal, when going to report a problem it doesn't give me the option to report as potential fraud, no option to send a message to the seller, I can only dispute the amount or the items description being wrong - I don't even know what the item is and it asks for things like links to the description. I cant find any easy way to contact paypal to query this with them either. To top it off I've had to borrow a laptop to sign in to my account as the web version on my phone has the "HELP" banner at the bottom of each page so I can't even click continue when trying to do this myself.

Please can someone give some advice on how to get to the bottom of what this transaction is for or how to get in touch with someone at Paypal who can help? I don't really care if its a quick phone call or email that they take a week to reply to, just as long as it gets reviewed and I get told whats happening I'll be happy. It's not even a massive amount ($10.80), so it's not like i'm trying to scam someone, there's plenty of other charges for much more on my account I'd have tried if I were that way inclined.

For my account itself I've changed passwords, checked names/addresses are all correct and have 2fa, I've seen a lot of "logins" for my account, which I started removing but now just get a "something went wrong" message, get the same when trying to set security questions so I'l try and do those again later. Not sure if there's anything else I need to change there?
