Unbelievable. Someone sent me something that was completely NOT what was advertised, and when I tried to resolve it through PayPal, they closed the case because the seller sent me $4 of the $32 I paid. AND NOW THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH PAYPAL. You can't call them, and I waited for hours trying to get hold of someone on their texting system, who then refused to help me (or, from what I could tell, even read my complaint). I urge everyone with similar experiences to take this to the Better Business Bureau and the consumer protection division of your state's attorney general office.
