My account got disabled by PayPal.

During a recent review, we found an unacceptable level of potential risk associated with your account. As a result, we've permanently limited your account and you can no longer use PayPal.. I got this email from PayPal and i don't have any dispute or cases on my PayPal ever. But still they disabled my account by saying this which is not acceptable. I haven't done any illegal payment or anything still it got disabled. I want a proper reason why my account got disabled as i haven't broke any legal guidelines of the PayPal.
