My Facebook complaint was rejected. Was I wrong to complain?

After being notified by Facebook of 'unusual activities' in my account, I receive a $25.00 charge from Facebook Ads Team to "Post" New Video".

My complaint:

I did not record any video, and I have not requested it distributed.

Yet Paypal has rejected my complaint finding it to be "not unauthorised'. I do not know who authorised it, it was not me.

Is this OK? I feel it is not, and that I have a right to escalate. But how does one do that?

Hope somebody can help. Thank you in advance, Peter

Hey, did you manage to get this resolved? I've experienced similar issues myself.
