hi
recently i made 2500 in ebay sales and as a result my paypal account is locked untill i verify it. However, even after i did verify it, and i get the message to wait a couple of business day, nothing happens. So i go back to check, and its telling me to put my info in again, which i do. The same thing happens, it resets. this happens 3 times. However it resets after about a day. So i try to call paypal and they dont even pick up the phone and hang up saying that due to covid 19 they have shortage of staff and cant take my call. So instead i email them, and i get auromated responses. So i email them again and yet again another automated response. I really need to dispatch the items im dropshipping but cant because paypal have frozen my account!
Please advise me.
