I'm planning on using my PayPal MasterCard debit card to purchase a lot of postage at PirateShip.com (for all of my holiday packages). Right now, I have Pirate Ship bill my card on an "as needed" basis, which tends to be a small amount for one label at a time. I am worried that when Pirate Ship goes to bill multiple small charges to the PayPal card for multiple labels, PayPal may decline some.
Does anyone know, from experience, if PayPal will or will not put a hold on the card if they see a bunch of small transactions coming through?
