Ok so I just need help really I sold some shoes on eBay, they got sent to the Authentication Center (passed authentication), the buyer received the shoes, then the buyer submitted a dispute form saying that the shoes were defective and it got ACCEPTED. I don’t have the shoes, and the money got taken away from me
I called PayPal, they opened a case and it got turned down and they charged me 15 dollars
So I basically got a pair of shoes stolen and PayPal took 15 dollars. Can someone please help
