I am trying to get some clarifications regarding a dispute i raised . I am not able to send any message in message center because the conversations are automatically closed before i type what i need. As a financial institution I did not expect such poor customer care from Paypal. No direct phone call, Message center which will reply after 2 hrs if you type "Hi" (which is also not working now) . There are many other companies which are doing much better job than Paypal in this Pandemic.
