Im really upset paypal is letting a fraud steal $ I spent. near $90 on a metal melting pot for my husband and received 2 dinosaurs, little plastic cheap dinosaurs, the site I made purchase from Sunleaf.com no longer exists ( you can verify) the ppl that the site belonged to have been shown to scam ( you can also look) I sent paypal all info, in my dispute. picture of what i orderd, picture of what i got, paypal can see that its a fake deal when there email address is hahahaha they are supposed to be buyer protection yet they are denying my dispute. Do I need to find a lawyer that deals with PayPal over them allowing a fraud to steal my money? I literally gave them more then enough evidence.

Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

Did you open a dispute for ''item received but not as described'' which would have been the correct one or another?
HOWEVER you may still have the option to do a charge back if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card.
