Kore Trak Return

Anyone having trouble with their Kore Trak purchase? After hours of wait time and stone-walling I finally got to talk with a live person who instructed me to return 2 Kore Trak watches. That's been six weeks ago. No refund to my Pay Pal account. What good is Pay Pal if there is not some diligence on their part with items advertised on their page?

Did you open a paypal dispute?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did paypal request you returned the item?

Did paypal give you the return address?

Did you send it trackable?

Did you give paypal the tracking number?

Does tracking show the item as delivered?

I have purchased 2 Kore track watches and spoke to customer service personnel. They were going to send me a return email 🤔Haven’t heard anything yet since March10 2021 still waiting..🙄They had told me they would work it out with me.. Right👎🏼
