I bought an item from a seller on Facebook. Seller is called Surreal Unicorn. I have not received item and have asked seller about it a few times. Seller has sent emails saying they were looking into it. It has been over six weeks. I have opened a dispute with PayPal and want to be credited back for the cost of the item $25.98. The seller has responded to PayPal with incorrect shipping number and differing shipper information. PayPal sent me an automatic email about the seller’s “evidence of shipping” but I cannot respond to the computerized message so am voicing a complaint here. It is unclear how to communicate with PayPal regarding this dispute. I have tried to send a copy of the original email, invoice and shipping information but I’m not sure PayPal has received. PayPal still has the dispute open and I hope they resolve it in my favor. Surreal Unicorn is apparently located in Hong Kong and advertises on Facebook regularly. Beware.
