I ordered an item it was delivered to click and collect store listed on ebay. It was not accepted at store ( I can prove it). Paypal denial my case as it was outside their conditions. I have lost £200 through fault of my own. The item did not have a returned address on it and the sender refused to contact the mailing service. What can I do?
