Hey guys I'm new to the pp community , just need some insight on my situation I purchased an iPhone 7 plus from eBay when I received the item it was an iPhone 6s not functioning at all . I messaged the seller via eBay after opening a dispute he swears he sent an iPhone 7 plus which I know he's lying because it's the same color phone I ordered just a different model . He asked eBay to step in they closed the case saying the item wasn't covered by their money back guarantee ( I thought all items were covered ) . I opened a claim on PayPal because opening a dispute would mean going having a conversation with him ,and going in circles again. Side note the package was not tampered with when I received it or anything . Do you think I will win this claim this is my first time ever having a problem with any purchase I've ever made I don't want to be out of 400 and the item I never got
