Is it possible to speak to a manager or supervisor because I keep getting put on a never ending hold or the phone call drops out (i'm starting to think its deliberate as it has happened 3 days in a row)
I'm trying to get help with a refund that paypal just went ahead and did without my permission. apparently when I sold an item on eBay and as soon as it got delivered the buyer magically said his credit card was stolen and did not authorize transaction. If that is the case why has he not returned my item sent to him? This to me looks like fraud and I thought that's what people pay Paypal for not to have to be taken advantage of. It may not be the case but I'm the one who feels taken advantage of with being out of the money and item!
