Incorrect return address supplied by paypal

I have claim in process for an item not matching description. Paypal supplied an address to return the goods. According to the aus post tracking, my package is being returned to sender because of "incorrect address". I have spoken to paypal support on the phone and they were able to open the case so I could upload proof that I sent it to the supplied address, which I did , but now my case status just reads under review. It has been four days without change. How long should I have to wait for a response?

Guess that would depend on how busy customer services are and when they get around to your turn in the queue awaiting a review to be honest !
