Incorrect Credit Card Charge

There was a buy 3 and pay 2 items sale, so I bought 3 items. The problem is that in my credit card paypal charged me 89.94 usd, and the transaction and bill says 59.96 usd. How can I ask for a refund. Paypal charged me the 3 items instead of 2!!
