Hi there!

The resolution centre closed the my case(https://outlook.live.com/owa/?path=/mail/inbox/rp) what I report in time because the seller provided some fals information! I never recived my item and on tracking information shows didn't lived China! (https://pkge.net/parcel/LH217946028CN) I am member for 10 years and have 100% positive feedback, please sombody help me out about this matter!
