Hello guys,
Someone managed today to enter in my PayPal account somehow even though I had activated every security level that is possible, he then tried all my 3 cards and finally managed to draw some money out of one account, again, without receiving notification or sms or anything.
Then, he proceeded by deleting my account.
So now, I am without my main PayPal account and without my money.
What can I do next?
Thanks,
Andrei

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
