I don't want to make it long, apparently I was given a dispute by a buyer and thinga go sideways and made it escalate to claim, now my questions are, will I still be able to do a refund in the claim phase? and I currently have negative balance on my account so I can't add money into it to make a refund to the buyer, what will I do? I am planning to give the refund but the negative balance is bugging me. I don't want to pay the negative balance and issue a refund(it likes complying to it double the amount) it doesn't make any send.
