i need your help becuase i worte many times to Paypal people to help but they didn't.
On 31.12.2018 I bought somethings online and I paid UNOFRTUNETLY by Palpal. Paypal app showed me that i paid and everything was ok, especially I have enough meony on my bankcard.
but yesterday, i got a message that Paypal wanted to WITHDRAW MOENY but i don't have enough money on my another bankcard (i have 2 bankcards on 1 account)...
PAYPAL LOVES TO GIVE PENALTY AND COLLECT DIRTY MOENY (your payment +3 euro as penalty)
i checked my balance of my bankcard, it showed that on 03.01.2019 paypal -65.75 euros and then directly +65.75 euros
it means that paypla took moeny and gave them back. I don't know why it happened. yesterday paypal tried to withdraw 68.75 euros. (+3 euro penalty)
i will not pay penalty couse of their mistake, they had a poeblem with their app not I.
i paid money times this penalty with stuiped reasen, but in this case i want to paid for my produckt 65.75 euros and then close this unlucky account.
so help me please
