This is crazy to me, I have been spending the past week trying to email, and message PayPal and multiple emails sent were not received back to me. I am in a dispute with a seller that has not delivered my product. The seller is agreeing that if I send back the item he will refund but the address provided is extremely fake and just random characters. He has also not provided any tracking information to me regarding my purchase, and yet PayPal requests for something I dont have from me. I can not contact PayPal like I used to and this is very disappointing from the PayPal team.
