I bought a digital game key, went to redeem it and its already used.

I bought a key for Forza Horizon 4. I did get a key to my email, I was happy and went to redeem it, but then it said the key was already redeemed by someone else. I contacted xbox live support and they confirmed it had already been redeemed a couple days before by someone. I emailed the seller multiple times and they refuse to give me a new key or a refund. I don't know what to open the dispute as and what to say. Is it "I didn't receive an item I purchased" or "I received an item that wasn't as described"? Because now I'm scammed out of 30$ with no game.. Thanks in advance if anyone can guide my in the right direction.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the game code, that definitely sounds frustrating. In this case, you'll want to file a case for Significantly Not As Described, since you did receive a code, but it wasn't able to be used as intended. Good luck with your dispute, I hope everything is resolved soon!
