Hi,
I purchased a item and sent it back as I wanted the better model. I drove to the company and dopped off the un wanted item. The confirmed they had recieved the item on email and a refund was in progress. Its been 2 weeks and still no refund even though they claim they have refunded me. I went to open a dispute and the options that looked correct was called "I have a billing issue" as it mentioned refunds. The problem is when i click on this option I am presented with the question "What type of billing issue would you like to report?". to which there is 2 options
Incorrect transaction amount
- subscription
None of these seem correct, but I tried the incorrect transaction amount and entered 0.0 for the "What is the correct transaction amount? (GBP)" field. which failed validation and wouldnt let me proceed.
How do I get a refund on an item that I recieved and sent back under the 14day money back guarantee?
Cheers
Steve
