How do I get my money back?

PayPal has taken a total of $60.00 out of my bank account. I have not made any purchases on this account, and I have not sold anything. I have mailed and called customer service, but they were no help. If anyone can help resolve this issue, that would be greatly appreciated.

It would help if you said if it was on your paypal account in the transaction history as well or not???
