Hi, I recently sold a pair of shoes worth £300, the guy who bought them off me opened a dispute claiming the shoes were fake, they weren’t but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle so I issued him a refund. The guy then refused to ship the shoes and wanted to keep the item. After words were exchanged he shipped the shoes back, I received the shoes 3 days ago and the were ruined, Velcro had been peeled off completely, the tips of the laces had been taken off and he kept the receipt so now I have no way of being able to prove they’re authentic anymore, not only that, they are now unsellabe. So as soon as I received the shoes I went to call PayPal but for some reason every time I called they would say no one can speak to me and they would end the call. So I tried messaging them and they said they’ll get back to me In a few hours.... it’s now been 3 days. Someone please help me
