How can I add extra info to a claim that is being reviewed by PayPal?

So about 3 weeks back I ordered a item from a sketchy Chinese website. I opened a PayPal dispute after about 1 week of emailing the sites support with no answer. Only when I opened a dispute did they even give me a tracking number. Now, the item has been in transit for roughly 20 days. I checked the tracking number, and it was delivered to New York (While I live in Arizona). However, PayPal has no caught on yet to the fact it was not delivered to me. The estimated response time is in 1 week. How can I inform PayPal about this?

I am sorry about your issue. In this case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out via private message through Facebook or send a direct message through Twitter.
