I purchase this mobile phone on October 24 2017 in June the screen went black and I can't use it to answer calls of texts I'm disabled and need my phone, anyway I tried to contact the seller but ebay won't let me and ebay contacted me after a long process and then said I haven't any guarantee on it?? I paid by PayPal is there anything you can do to help me? I need my phone it has all my private things on it and can't afford to get a new one or send this out to get repared or replaced. Please help
You only have up to 180 days to open a Paypal dispute and you are now out of time.
Your options are....
1. Small claims court.
2. If you funded that Paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer BUT they normally only give you a 6 month or so window to do a chargeback, worth checking with them though.
Even a small claims court may not help you if you did not take out a warranty or guarantee when you bought the item.
