I ordered glasses from this place and was supposed to be flexible glasses after 2 weeks I get them and they are hard cheap plastic frames that you can get at Walmart. I filed a despute with PayPal and the scammers send a message back saying to return them back in some kind of packaging and if not correct I will not get my refund. Well my lawyer told me that's not true and this company was known for scamming! Now PayPal says I have to September 9 to settle with this scam company and I've contacted them through the despute and now I don't get a reply! PayPal you should know this by now seeing post since 2017 that you and this company scammed people! This is a really good civil lawsuit against PayPal and the scammers! PayPal refund my money! PayPal you must support this scam! You need to look on internet and your company is always mentioned with this scam company! Legally PayPal knew this company was a scam dating back to 2017 on complaints so legally you can be held responsible internationally!
If the seller is not responding you can escalate the dispute to a claim. If you already escalated the dispute an we asked you to return the goods please do as soon as possible in order for the claim to continue.
Well here we go again! The glasses are broken because the advertisement said they were non breakable and they were flexable! So now I have proof they are not what I ordered and false advertising. Is PayPal going to pay my $30 shipping fee? Shipping is more than the glasses!! PayPal supports scams and it's all over the internet!! I'll never use PayPal I'll just my Visa card they do not support scammers! Sure PayPal will be all over social media for helping high life technology Ltd scam Americans!! That's was so stupid of you David" just return the merchandise" !!! Really stupid remark you must work for the PayPal scamming company!!!!
