I made a dispute as a seller which I had to escalate to a claim. The seller has been in touch with me. I was required to mail the item back which I did and I have a tracking number. The status of the file says a response is required by me the buyer. I don’t see anywhere in my claim to respond! It says the seller has provided me with a refund but I haven’t gotten any money yet and I’m not even supposed to until she gets the bag I sent back. I can’t reach PayPal on the phone I wanted to provide them with a tracking number as they had asked for this but I don’t see anywhere to log it on the resolution centre!!! I’m very frustrated and I emailed the seller yesterday with my tracking number and she hasn’t responded. I don’t want to get **bleep** over as I only have until May 20 to respond and there’s no option to “respond” on the resolution center.
