I today got scammed 140 pounds from someone from depop I have reported this to PayPal as unauthorised activity and I’m trying to get a refund does anyone know any way to get in touch with pay pal to explain what has happened

An unauthorised transaction dispute means that you are telling Paypal that your Paypal account was hacked and used without your consent by another person.
If Paypal check IP addresses etc and find that you were hacked then of course you would be hopefully reimbursed.

Regarding the transaction that you want to file a  dispute. You can create a dispute regarding this by following this steps.

 

If you sent a payment but it remains pending, you can cancel it on your Activities page if you see the cancel button, or it will automatically be refunded to you if it isn’t claimed within 30 days.

If you purchased something and haven't received it, it's not as described, or you feel the payment is unauthorised, you can file a case in our Resolution Centre to start the process of getting your money back.

If you paid a merchant (company) but changed your mind on a purchase and want your money back, you’ll need to contact the seller and ask them to cancel your purchase. If the payment is completed, please ask about their return policy, or request a refund. Please review the steps below on finding your merchant's contact information.

Are you a PayPal employee or just a tool? Your “advice” is a pile of lies which even Paypal would probably not be willing to sign up for. You should be careful because in this commercial contacts your comments are deceptive trade practices every bit as much as Paypal’s are. They however can afford lots of lawyers and insurance where as you probably could be bankrupted with one lawsuit. And if you let me know if you have any money I’ll be the one who bankrupts you
