Earlier this year i sent a paymrnt for 50 pounds for a tribute band that we had booked before the virus epidemic, since then we have had to postpone the event and i have asked for my miney back today,as we have no new date ect to be confirmed due to the restrictions
He has today told me he cant refund the money as he doesnt have it and there is no way he can refund the money and he is stating that the miney is normally non refundable if cancelled
Im sure he cant do this
Is there anything i can do as i paid via paypal
