I am wanting to appeal the decision made in the resolution centre as it is wrong and unfair. My case has been closed due to no proof of return to sender. Which is wrong, I have previously uploaded copies of the customs form and Auspost tracking info showing it had arrived in China last month. How can this not be proof? . I am now unable to lodge an appeal, phone contact not available, messages say not taking any. WTF! ..... How do I get this resolved?? .... what are my options please! This case is not just for a small amount but over $100 and I don’t want to let it go.

PLEASE .... anyone else having this issue ...... PLEASE I am desperate for help in what to do ... I have copies of all emails and relevant paperwork ... I just need to know how to take this further before the time for an appeal runs out xx
