I cannot resolve my dispute before my claim is closed. I cannot seem to figure out this horrible website on how to get my refund. I cannot find how to return an item or how to add more info regarding dispute. Website is way too technical for me! I need to email PayPal but see no way to. I need to talk to a phone agent but in 4 days no luck. The automated phone system continuously keeps disconnecting my phone calls. What a nightmare service! I've eaten $$ in the past on ordering clothes with bad or no description & manufacturing size defect bcuz I can never make live contact with seller & PayPal agents never available on phone. Big waste of time! Most likely going back to using only my credit card & no direct online payment company like this joke of a company! It's bad! 👎
