Help me contact PayPal

Hi, Please help me.

This is my first post and I am Not computer savvy.

I need to contact Pay Pal about a seller dispute .

Each time  I get "please try again we are having trouble on our end".

Are there any other way I can contact Pay Pal?

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I feel you I tired talking to them but it’s not working and they sent me a $10 gift card and i can’t use it🤔
