I have queries and open cases way past their resolution dates. No reply to email, no phone contact, no chat, automated responses to online questions .... NOTHING With nearly 5k outstanding, I can not just sit here waiting This is beyond disgusting
I have been trying to get a resolution since May 2nd. I bought from a website and never received the item. When PayPal contacted them, they provided a tracking number that satisfied PayPal and they closed my dispute but the tracking number was for a 25 cent sheet of stickers. Now every time I try to re-open a dispute for that seller/item, PayPal's system immediately closes the dispute. I've tried chat but only an 'answering service' responds and says they will transfer me to an account specialist but I've been waiting weeks for a response. PayPal's business practices are criminal.
