First, he sent my paypal balance of $39, he clicks 'archive' right away and blocked any email notification from getting sent.

a week later he send $260 from my bank, same thing archive and blocks the email,
I was able put stop payment with my back as it had not gone through yet,

Paypal used my credit card as a backup source, so I put a fraud claim with my credit card that is way easier to dispute.

The initial dispute with paypal is: "not fraud looks normal, no refund"
The hackers email is: <Removed>

So paypal need to fix two things:
1: Not allowing archive for items less than 30days old, as all PayPal transactions default views are only active ones on all pages.
2: How a person is able to block emails from getting sent? there is no email history of log-in from a new device, no history of email change.
