From the standpoint of this transaction, we as PayPal have to rely upon the 3rd party delivery confirmation information supplied to us by the shipper. They are telling us it has been successfully delivered, and without evidence to the contrary, this is what we have to believe. I recommend contacting the shipping company to verify the exact address where the item was delivered. Once they confirm that there was no package delivered to your location, we can appeal the case. Feel free to reply whenever you're ready and we'll reply as soon as we can.
