In January this year a charge was made on my account for over $2800 I reported it to paypal the issued a refund pending outcome of investigation today they said that I won and that the $2800 + was now available for me to have/spend so I check my account and there is still no money I am completely at a loss and have no idea what to do now I mean it's almost $3000 and it's just gone who can I call someone please help me considering the crisis and I have a new infant child I need my money please someone help me
